Transfer game from epic to steam
I already bought the game on epic but I would prefer to have it on steam.

Is there anyway I would be able to transfer the game between the clients?

Since Epic is a dirtbag full of garbage developers and snake-eyed PR-clows... no there is no way to transfer it. You have to rebuy it on Steam and most likely have to re-do all your progress.

now WTF would you want to do this ?:

hey beatZ lets think correctly....

because i know your not, lets say i make a game, and sell out to epic games on a exclusive for 1yr for a few million bucks, then sell to you idiots on steam later and still make more cash on top of more cash, under this principle

I'd probably not buy your game as I am going to do with Metro as well as with Anno since it WILL come back...

Anyways I would spit on your company basically because you are supporting mafia-bribe practices instead of supporting the gaming-industry just beacuse Sweener Wiener tells you that they are the white knight with their split that tries to enforce it as the "new industry standard" while the also stated that they CANNOT keep that split up and will sell at the same split as all the other do as soon as they hit enough market share.

So to answer your question what I am thinking now...

Yes I am bragging since voting with my wallet not to buy this game is not enough imo so I am raising my voice or how you call it "bragging".

anybody who said anything like fck epic, screw epic, or anythign even remotely close to this type of comment and now saying yeaaaa its coming to steam, we did it, come on lads...

Actually I did not. The only thing I did was making jokes of this company, this game and Epic since I am a person standing for what I said. You do not need to try to gather up some supporters with your "come on guy we all did that ;) " mentality.

To answer why I would want this, I'm worried about crossplay and that I won't be able to join my friends who will get the game on steam.
Shane Feb 11, 2020 @ 10:27am
well i edited post it seem hostile but i see you caught it...
i tried...

im not gathering supporters, im actually attacking the overall consesus of epic vs steam... if you hate that principle to any degree buying any game that released on a epic timed exclusive on steam makes you somewhat contridictive

voting with your wallet on an american company that supports chinese endeavours in a chinese ney year sale event (or) buying a game from any company that sold out in that viewpoint to epic stores is not a vote at all

does that make sense ?

You see me completely wrong...
I am not that #SteamMasterRace type of person as you might think. I am supporting multiple plattforms. I have an account on Uplay and Origin both with well over 300 games. I also have a GoG Account with only a hand full of games but still I am supporting CD Project especially with their market practices and of course their GoG Galaxy 2.0 Launcher.

I also have several console for their exclusive titles. Sure you could see it as a bipolar tendecy here but the reason why I am accepting console exclusives is because they came out of a year long partnership without any other dependencies but Epic just buys games in order to ENFORCE their plattform instead of building any sort of an acceptable environment for users. And THAT is what I am not supporting

I am not like "Steam-only"... I am like "Everything except Epic"

okay but exactly why ?
