Can't seem to get the first mammal appear

Not sure what to do :/ dunno who to throw the seed of evolution to and my temp has been around 35-37 degrees all around. The needed species was on the 1 million ish amount and way more than the needed (80k ish amount) and IT JUST. WON'T APPEAR. Anyone can help?

I assume you need the first mouse (81)? You'll need the Diphydron (80) first, which can be a bit tricky to get. and the right tempareture (which it seems you have) and I think there's a least one more species you need, but can remember which one. Alternatively you can drop the seed on the Diphydron to get to the mouse. The library in tree view shows where you need to drop the seed to proceed down the lines, just remember if you don't have all the pre-reqs they might die quite quick again....

in my world dinosaurs were skipped and went straight for mammals :/. Weird spawn/unspawn thing i bet

Mammals tend to require lower temperatures to spawn.
My suggestion is making a big 30x30 platform at about 30 elevation so you drop the temperature by a good 20 degrees allowing you to have dinosaurs in the main land and mammals in the colder higher grounds.

Using that technique to create micro biomes ive reached over 210 species at once.

oh wow, maybe I should do that... I never tried microbiomes, maybe I should have hue. Also didn't mammals need 30-40 degrees?

No, mammals for the most part need cool temp. Humans need about 17.. Polar bears and ice mice and snow leopards I keep in mountains at a comfortable 0*
