Ok I dont know if this is a glitch but I have tried every numer combination possible for this puzzel and has spent quite a bit on this puzzle I need help so far ive tried the following combinations:

132
231
213
312
321

Am I doing something wrong?

So this isn't a number combination, but rather the number of times you have to cross the river.

Think carefully about how many times you will need to cross the river without having one of the three eaten.
