Another answer for river riddle?

Does anyone know another answer for the river riddle? Chow Down is the only achievement I am missing and I cannot think of another answer.

Been stuck with this too, I know the answer from the original but no idea what the 'other' way to get across is unless I'm missing something

Yes I know the correct answer, but I can't find anything about the other solution that unlocks the Chow Down achievement

Chow Down Achievement is unlocked if you let one of them eat the other and (technically) take 2 across at once... In that case, how many times do you need to cross?

Unless the number is 3 (I've tried numbers 1-16 not including 7 and have yet to get any luck) I suppose you have to count for that technicality?

You can't get it to unlock at all?

no, I've gone through numbers 1-16 and numbers 1-20 and still haven't gotten it to unlock, which is odd considering the global achievement stats..

yes, Cheshire says it's wrong though either way and I die, whether i type it as a number, a word, etc.

Same here. Cheshire says its wrong.

Just typing 3 didn't trigger the achievement for me either. However it did work when I reloaded the savefile and used it as my first guess.

That worked for me! Cheshire still said it was wrong but the achievement unlocked.

Yes thank you kyurin, apparently reloading a previous save before I got to the river triggered the achievement, kudos!

Ahah! Glad it unlocked, gonna just look into the achievement trigger though.
