Having few issues with interface

I activated chatbot and song requests, yet I cannot request any songs, bot is not sending any messages but rutonybot account is on my twitch chat. I authorized my custom bot channel in bot -> other page, and there is no option to disconnect account.
In ranks page, clicking import does nothing.
When I start rutonychat, I see a russian message chatbot не удалось подключиться which means it failed to connect?

Yes, this means that there is a connection problem, although it is not clear why the message is in Russian. Regarding the bot, now everyone is experiencing problems with the connection, the twitch has been storming for several days, constant problems. Unfortunately, nothing is possible at the moment, since the problem is on the twitch side.

I still can't use import button, I would like to transfer points and time from ankhbot/streamlabs chatbot to rutony, could You help me somehow?

Another thing I found, force skip by text command in song request crashes program.

After restart twitch messages will be fixes.

You can import points from AnkBOt, right click on this button.

Hey! if I understood correctly, to import from ankhbot I need Currency.csv file, however, I'm getting this error during import: https://i.imgur.com/EdHVM9W.jpg
I opened the file in free excel program and I can easily see names, points and hours without any errors.

I somehow managed to import data manually but now program adds every user as a new record instead of checking database.
