Can we make up custom chat themes?

Yes. In the program directory there is a directory /themes/ there are all current themes. You can take some of the themes as a base and make a new style.

Almost all the fields from messages that the program sends to the topic can be found in the documentation on the site.

In addition, do not forget about the Options button under the theme selection in Settings. Customization can dramatically change the look of some themes.
