How it works. The program sets the background color - black. This color is then cut out. Thanks to this, a transparent background is obtained.
The downside of this is that you cannot make it semi-transparent. Unfortunately, this is not technically feasible, since there is no simple solution.
For high-quality capture of chat pages, it is recommended to use capture via link.
What I mean is default themes when showing in streaming screen, the purple background is about 70% transparent, which is good.
But when I try other themes ,their background is not transparent.
I would like to have the similar transparent for their background colour.

About the text with stroke is another question.
I would like to know is any place to setup it?
Something like [white text] with [black stroke].
The color of the backdrop, in the program itself, can be set in the Settings. It's just the color of the backdrop and nothing more. This color has no transparency.

You can make a transparent background using an additional background in the OBS.
