Menu scroll speed goes too fast?

I've been playing for a bit. I do have Special-K, but I have my framerate kept to 60. I use Controller because the PC controls are wack. I'm trying to select things in menu, but it scrolls past everything. Lightly moving my joystick still goes 2 boxes higher than what I'm trying to select. At the time of posting, this is a recent occurance.
Any fix?

Depending on the type of controller, if you use a 3rd party tool, make sure that it's not double inputting from steam input + your 3rd party tool.

the faster loadtimes uncaps the framerate during loads. and sometimes this happens when u open the menu too. meaning u have uncapped fps in the menu which results in the giga scroll speed.

either disable faster loadtimes or just close and reopen the menu when it happens.

Where is faster loadtimes in the settings? The issue randomly occurs midgame, but not when I start the game.

in the special-k menu:
nier automata -> framerate

and there should be 2 options.. remove fps cap and fast load times

there is also another framerate tab with more detailed information about framerate and a limiter

My only option under Framerate is to remove the FPS cap. I have it set to limit to 60 FPS already under the Framerate limiter tab

gotcha, then it's prob what arth said and you getting double inputs.

So far it hasn't come back. I'm assuming it should be fine for now
