If you are using SK/FAR but haven't uncapped the FPS above 60, or if you aren't using SK/FAR at all, verify the game files in steam.
If you are using any sort of cutscene mod(upscaled ones, or 60fps ones, or any at all), it's likely an issue with that specific cutscene in that specific mod, so remove the mod, and verify the game files in steam.
I am not using any mods at all. Is it imperative that I install SpecialK/FAR in order to continue playing?
Just try and verify the game files in steam.
