HELP: Stuck on the first quests (Supply Trader)
I am missing something here? I've farmed all over the place for well over an hour and have got not a single broken circuit, is the drop rate just totally ♥♥♥♥♥♥ or what?

You might try and reload your last save, iirc this quest might occasionally bug out.
