No mysterious letters (dlc) after the end E (Solved)

I played the game with ABCDE ends for the first time where I have received the mysterious letters for the dlc part. And I deleted all my savings after the end E. I decide to play the second time, but this time I do not receive the mysterious letters. What should I do ? And I cannot open the door at the dlc colosseums. P.S. I play the game on PS5. I know this might not be an appropriate place, but I really concerns about this. Any help is appreciated.

did you check the inbox for the anonymous message?
you also don't have to play through A-E to start the mysterious letter quest.

Yes, I have checked. There is no such message. So I don't know what to do now.

You unlock the dlc after progressing enough into the story. I don't remember where/when exactly do you unlock it, but I'm guessing at some point after completing the Amusement Park section? I could be mistaken but no harm in trying

I have achieved the end A this time and have not unlocked chapter selection menu. However, I tried to enter into the game several times and finally I received the anonymous letter. Although I don't know what has happened but it is solved. Thanks !
