emils quest his home?

i been in his house got is mask then went to him to and he says that he put them in a secure box.... i was figting him in the cave and i won.... now how do i get to the next part when i fight im in the desert ?

When you defeated Emil in the cave, he dropped a weapon(Emil'S Head), be sure you have it.
After that, you need to have ALL the other weapons and upgrade ALL of them to lvl4/max(you can only do at Masamune, the "secret" blacksmith right below the save point inside the forest castle, you can access it from the room on the right of it with the broken bridges).
After you've done that, a new side quest marker should appear in the commercial facility/shopping center, there you'll find Emil, talk to him and he'll leave.
Then you'll be able to go to the desert and fight him.

A warning, this fight can lead to ending Y, but this is also the only really missable thing in the entire game, cause to obtain it you need to NOT completely defeat him by NOT stopping the countdown at the end of the fight, that will give you ending Y. After that you'll be able to reload and fight him again and properly defeat him to complete the quest.
If you defeat him before getting ending Y, the quest will be considered completed and you won't be able to figth him again, locking you out from obtaining ending Y on this save.

hell all the weapons really xd... does that include all upgrades for the pods to ?

Only all the weapons to max level, no pod upgrades needed.

thanks for the help also the challenge rooms with special 99 level.. heard that they are bonkers hard is there even something to try im not gonna try for hours to beat these

personally after i got done with routes A B C & D (plus a few others) i had enough of the game personally. didn't feel like grinding out for weapons and stuff i wasn't gonna use because i was done playing the game.

i feel the same way now when i got to level 99 cap XD
