- Upgraded Cypress stick changes appearence of chests.
- hacking the machine mounts in the forest allows you to ride them
- you can destroy tanks by jumping on the back of them and removing their core
If you return to the Copied City you can find a higher level version of the infinite-enemy arena. Kinda cool for playing around with the combat.
Once you get high enough level you can use the Blade Pod Program (or any damage, blade is fastest) to wake up the Bunny in the Amusement Park. It's level 80 (I think?) and is the single fastest XP grind in the game if you hack it with 9S. Like 2 or 3 levels per Hack, and it generally needs 2 hacks.
In Route C you can climb to the top of multi-floor'd building in the City Ruins and get to a previously inaccessible area. You get Adam's Glasses as a wearable for doing this.
Also in Route C. Once you can truly free-roam as 9S you can head into the Copied City and Abandoned Factory (lower level) to get some previously inaccessible stuff locked behind hacking-locks. Please note this gets dangerous as you go deeper. You can find some pod upgrade materials, weapons, and I think a Pod Program or 2.
Speaking of Pod Programs there are many many scattered throughout the game map in Route C. Some of the cooler programs are locked behind this unfortunately.
If you resurect any YoRHa Android in Route C there is a chance for them to be infected, becoming hostile towards you.
Obviously you know you can fight Emil, but he also is a slightly different fight if you go there with 2B present.
If you have waited to do the DLC this long you get different dialogue if you enter as 2B, 9S Route B, 9S Route C, or A2. Same with collecting the hidden Pods scattered throughout the map.
There are a few well hidden side quests, most notably the one requiring you to upgrade all weapons which leads to a boss fight. I won't spoil the fight if anyone hasn't done it, but make sure to save before you do and keep a back-up of that save, otherwise you may permanently lock yourself out of one of the alternate endings (and thus an achiement).
Some enemies can randomly be replaced with Enhanced Versions. Some of these are REALLLLLY frigging rare, and you will need to grind some for one of the side-quests.
Fishing in different locations give different fish. If you wanna "complete" the Intel Database you will need to find all of them, and this is a MASSIVE and tedious grind. Treasure the moment you get some of the fish, as you will have seen one of the rarest items in the game.
I haven't found all of these (probably) but there are some hidden containers/scanner items spread throughout the map. Some of these are weirdly place, but keep on the lookout while exploring.
(EDIT): If you hack A2 during the battle at the top of the Tower she will show a unique hack on each one. You will need to use Debug mode to make her invulnerable, but the 3rd hack is kinda cool. Try it.
