what version to buy?
should i buy the become as gods version on xbox pc or the game of the yorha edition on steam?

They're both the exact same version, the only difference is the name, Steam version containing a couple of exclusive Valve themed head accessories, and Steam version being more easily moddable.
Other than that, the 2 versions are identical, same game content, same game version(neither is technically better than the other).

Buy the $60 version. It worth.

If you like mods, this game is best version (there's some gameplay, texture, etc) if not probably xbox
