Can you unlock "What are you doing?" achievement as 9S?

Can you unlock "What are you doing?" achievement as 9S? I can't seem to get it to work.

I'm pretty sure you can't, you have to be 2B to get it. You'll be able to play as her again later.

the game assumes you might miss a couple side quest/collectables/achievements/etc and provides solutions to almost all of those situations. there is only 1 or 2 things that you can permanently miss out on and this isn't one of them.

Indeed you don't need to do that, after you complete route C for the first time you will unlock chapter select, which can be used to go back to any point in the game(and is actually required to fully complete the game with all its 5 main endings).
