Question about A2 body parts

I know that Androids were closely modeled after humans. My question is since A2 does not wear any effective clothes, why do some of A2's body parts seem covered by clothes? Doesn't it contradict with the lore that Androids were closely modeled after humans?

meaning not all androids have them in the first place and since they cant reproduce also far from human anatomily correct. also still doesnt contradict with a chasis made from flesh/black colored material.

Androids and even advanced machine life form have a clear conception of clothes and they should be able to tell clothes from the chassis. It is the breast that should be modeled in the first place instead of the breast covered by clothes. It's logically reversed.
