[Spoilers] Emil Determination + Powerup Part L

So I finished Emil Determination quest, defeated clones. After that I attempted to get Powerup Part L from his house and found out that doors to Emil's house are locked.

As far as I know this happens when you start game from chapter selection. So the game doesn't know whether you've met Emil before at all. You need to speak with him at least once. I naturally spoke with Emil in order to initiate Emil Determination quest.

Now I'm in a situation when Emil is dead and his house is locked. Can;t find him on the map. Is this softlock?

Ok, for anyone wondering: you should reload your game from chapter selection so game will forget about Emil being dead and will spawn him as usual. After this you speak to him and proceed to his house. Powerup Part L is in the chest.

Every time you defeat the golden rabbit at the amusement park it drops a Powerup Part L

its a chance to drop, not a guarantee, I have killed that boss 15x with no drops. its only guaranteed the first time.
