Blurry on Steam Deck?

Booted up today on Steam Deck and I can barely read the menu options. Is this normal?
The info in regards to its playability on SD says the interface is fine?

It doesn't seem to run that well on my steam deck unless I turn the graphics and the resolution down, a lot. I couldn't read the text either til I changed the resolution to 1280 x 800 and it looked SO much better... but the actual game ran terribly once I tried to play. So I can either play at the higher resolution with crisp 20 fps slow-mo gameplay with readable text, or play with a lower blurry res with 50 to 60 fps smooth gameplay and struggle to decipher anything written down.

Blurry text is usually due to enabling half-rate shading

Figured it out. Could barely read the settings texts but managed to find the resolution option. Turning down to 1280x720 then back up to 1280x800 fixed it. Both of those displayed fine and ran great. Mostly at 60.

Bless you. I just got a Steam Deck OLED and that was *odd*.
