Plug-in Chips Name Disappearance Bug

I'm having a bug where all the system chips in the plug-in chip menus don't show their names or descriptions. Also, I can't switch plug-in sets because when I do, the game triggers the ending you get from removing the OS chip. Also, the chips that aren't system chips all share the "Weapon Attack +1" description.

I am playing with mods. Aside from a few cosmetic changing mods, the only mods I have are the ReShade mod and the FAR (dinput8) mod. I recently installed the Wolf's Limit Break mod/patch because it wouldn't load otherwise. However the bug was present before installing Wolf's mod/patch.

(Edit: The cosmetic mods I have installed are simply model replacers. 2B is replaced by Operator 6O(the mod I used altered the Emil's Head accessory you get from his boss fight in the cave.) 9S is replaced by Popula. No replacement model on A2. As for weapons, only the Phoenix Sword, Virtuous Spear, & Iron Will weapons are replace.)

Does anyone have any ideas? I want to work on getting closer to 100%ing the game, but not being able to change chip sets to work better.

Seems mod related. Maybe one of the cosmetics introduced the bug.

Just tried removing them and loading the save. Still, the plugin chips are bugged. I probably should've specified. The "cosmetic" mods are model changers. Mainly like switching 9S's model for Popola and 2B's with Operator 6O (the mod I used altered the Emil's Head accessory you get from his boss fight in the cave.)

Try verifying the game files in steam(you might have to re-install wolf's limit break afterward)

Just tried it and unfortunately, still didn't fix it. Since I tried it without putting any of the cosmetic mods back in, I did it without reinstalling Wolf's Limit Break, so it was the normal exe that was tested. At this point, I'm just worried it's something of a corrupt save data that's doing it.

Can you use chapter select? Try to load a different route.

Yeah, it still lets me load different points/chapters, but the name bug still remains.

Seems like save corruption. Do you have the DS4 Button Prompts just in case?

What do mean? Idk what DS4 Button Prompts are. If its a mod, then I don't. I use an Xbox Controller if you mean what type of controller.

Yeah its a mod for Playstation prompts that can cause text glitches. It seems most likely that your save is damaged then.

Dangit. That's unfortunate. Was like 80-90% on most of the Intel tab and 100% weapons (2 not lvl 4). Thanks for the help either way.

If you have a good internet connection I would try to remove all traces of the game files, Special K and mods first and try again.

Sady, I decided to use an old save to test it out. (It was a save from last year when I tried it for the first time but only made it like 3hrs in before getting busy irl to play.) Without reinstalling anything, the old save has all the names and text. It is a save data corruption.
