Weird pop up/ stuck on loading screen

I played the game for almost 40H but now every time I enter the elevator to the "god box" I get this https://puu.sh/IklXd/11b6a7153e.png
if I click on ok the loading screen runs forever. I reinstalled the game several times I checked my Drivers I restarted my pc but nothing helps. I can play the game just fine, but as soon as I go In this particular loading screen this happens.

Does anybody know what a can do now ?

pl/pl000d.dtt is a 2B mod file
What character model replacement mod are you using?

I tried out an HD texture Model a few Months ago, but it didn't work

If it's not a mod you're currently using, just close the game and delete the pl folder in the game folder. That will completely remove any remaining files from the mod so the issue should stop.
