If this does not solve the issue, install the Visual C++ 2017 Redistributable(both x86 and x64), they're required for FAR to work properly.
No i don't use FAR.
In the game folder there is only Nierautamata.exe, steam_api64.dll and the data folder (i tried to erase the wallpapers folder but it obviously don't change anything)

I'd suggest manual install
Ok on to the issue. What is this error? What does it say? Can you maybe provide a screenshot.
Run a disk check of the system drive and the drive the game is installed on.
The game never appear in the task manager
Don't know what to show with screenshot because nothing really happen.
Judging by this you either have a missing/corrupted file or either some runtime(C++, .NET, DirectX) wasn't installed correctly. If you run Windows 10, then .NET won't be an issue, but on older windows might be neccesary to install .NET 4.5.2 runtime, Microsoft webpage provides installers and steam distributes aswell. They are in "steamapps\common\SteamWorks Shared\..." for the ones given by steam.
Which OS are you running? That may give a clue too.
The runtimes I mention appear on your steam library as "Steam Common Redistributables" or something like that if you toggle the check named "Tools". Maybe fiddling with installing/uninstalling the solves it. Otherwise installing them manually might fix it by browsing "steamapps\common\SteamWorks Shared\..."
I run Windows 10
Already done this 4 times
Try the System file checker. Open the command prompt (may need administrative privileges), input the following: sfc /scannow
i think yes

That doesn't look correct. That's the option for OpenGl rendering. This game uses DirectX so that option will make no difference to the game.
The one you want is likely: mode de gestion de l'alimentation
set it to 'prefer maximum performance' (not sure what the equivalent is in your language though)
