How can this game have very positive reviews? To be able to play it you basically need to install mods. What the hell? Why are users here rewarding a millionare company for this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥?

Stupid ideal, no thanks -.- throwing a hissy fit over a 4 YEAR OLD game.. and claiming we need a mod to be able to play it, with is rubbish... I’ve never needed to use any mods to play it and I bet a lot of other people are the same.

Nobody cared when GOTY came out with no upgrade option. You had to literally ask Steam support to delete the game from your library to be able to buy GOTY, for full price at that, but this new patch is somehow a big deal? LMAO, the consumers have shown they literally don't care how Square Enix treats them.

Dragon Quest XI's update was resold as a separate game for $40 and it now proudly sits at 94% positive, just let that sink in.

it takes like a minute to install FAR so this is unnecessary. Not to mention other mods that can improve the game quite a bit if you're willing to go that far.

The ms store version doesn't even seem to change that much and from my understanding is based on the xbox version of the game so they can't just update the steam version.

Woah look at some of the people here, can you believe some of them are living under a rock? People have been asking for a patch ever since and now the steam owners are crying just because they ask for what they deserve?

A 3rd party mod is nice and all but that's your preference to rely on it for ever. An official fix/ patch is way better and I believe that's a preference of a majority. Many users can only read what others(who know their stuff) have to say about whether a mod is safe to use etc.

I'm plannig to buy the game again on MS Store.
I'm just waiting in case they suddenly release the Became as God Edition on Steam by the end of the day.

I imagine if they release become as gods on steam there will be no sort of discount for owners of this. Ideally if that got released it should be free to all previous owners with the original version still listed for the mods but this is square we are talking about and if they do rerelease it and handle it poorly then review bombing is fine. I'll download it on gamepass because im curious if all instances of stutter were fixed like some people are saying but the steam version hardly stutters for me on an SSD anyway.

I agree to every word of this post. Square Enix literally treated his buyers as a joke. It's unacceptable, we need to be heared and SE need to give us what we deserve.

Its not. You need to install mods to make it work properly. I just tried the gamepass version and it runs much better
