2b pants mod?

I dont think the outfit is overly sexual I just hate playing as a woman

I dont understand why does it matter. And why some people have an agenda to "desexualise" pixels. 2B could run around naked or wearing paranja, its all the same to me. So long as it fits game's world and narrative. There is no relationship of any kind between player and 2B. You can like (or not) her character, her role in the story, etc. You can empathise (or not) with that character. But there is no relationship between 2B as a person and you as a player.

In any case I guess you can give 2B "pants" without mods. All you have to do is use early chapter select unlock code then answer no to pod and save. This grants two heavy armor outfits for 2B (with and without helmet) and you can ignore chapter select itself and just play game normally.

Well, the answer is in the post you double-quoted. You can get 2B to wear pants using one of the cosmetic options unlocked late in the game (which you can cheat to get early).
