Died on prologue

I played Nier: Automata's Prologue mode and died, it started all over again (Ending W).
And if play again and go far from Prologue and then death again Will it end the game and start all over, just like in Prologue?

If you save your game after the prologue you won't start from the beginning.

Yes, that's how it works, no checkpoint and no save during the prologues, it has to be this way as it has strong story implications. Also there's no autosave during the entire game, but after the prologue you'll be able to save nearly everywhere at any given time.

if i save game and died so many time after prologue where did i start?

If you save after the prologue, when you die you'll be brought back to your last save.

Don't be discouraged from this first boss, there's a story kinda reason why you can save at certain places. Once you level up and earn more skills (plug in chips) and weapons you'll feel much stronger.

After the prologue, even if you die after *not* having saved you don't actually lose progress like you do in the prologue. There's a Souls-like mechanic where you just respawn at the nearest save spot, lose a few upgrade chips but still get one chance to retrieve your old body and chips at the point you died.
