Searching for the unfinished Wandering Couple Quest after endings ABCD and E

Way back in the first chapter/route/playthrough, A, activating the main quest to get to the Flooded City deactivates The Wandering Couple quest which is marked as being in the Flooded City. It appeared in playthrough B again but I couldn't find them at that time either.
I've since completed endings A,B,C,D and E, but now that I have chapter select I'm not finding The Wandering Couple (part 2?) anywhere. Nor am I finding them in Pascal's Village at the first or second time that 2B and 9S visit the village, when the couple first appear in the game.

I'm able to get to the Flooded City region before Anemone starts the main quest to go there, but I'm not sure how to trigger The Wandering Couple quest again after having completed A,B,C,D and E.

I was able to complete Emil's mission to find the lunar tears in playthrough B which is also in the Flooded City, but not the Wandering Couple.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Go to chapter 05-01 and complete the Machine Request quest(fuel filter from pascal to anemone), then start Machine Trade quest(viscous oli from anemone to pascal), before you complete this quest(or after?), the couple should be at pascal's village when you first met them.
The key here is you have to have started the Machine Trade main quest for them to appear.

Okay, they didn't appear at first, but I managed to find the quest again by taking 9S to chapter 05-01 and doing as you described, then going to chapter 05-03 and even though the couple don't appear in Pascal's Village to begin with, taking 9S to the abandoned factory (where the elaborate gadget is supposed to be found) and back to Pascal's village seemed to activate the Wandering Couple quest from its beginning.
Also because it's before Anemone sends the player to the Flooded City, but also after the city ruins have collapsed, staying in chapter 05-03 got me to where the wandering couple were located.

I hope this helps anyone else with the same problem.
