Lost girl quest : "No older sister in town" ????

I just saved younger one, and I received pink ribbon.
And I still can see the quest is on going, and I searched on google it says, "Find older sister and complete the Lost girl quest." So I back to the town, but I can't find older sister!
What the heck is this?

Both are located in lower section of Pascal's Village, where you initially got the quest. If they don't spawn, create a second save file and load this one. To create such a second save file, get close to an access point, pause, navigate to System tab and choose Save option, then select another save slot than the current one.

Keep in mind that there are some storyline missions which make several side-quests unavailable, the resupply mission after finishing Forest Kingdom is an example for this.

Don't sweat it to much if you missed the window of storyline it's avalible in. Any unfinished quests are able to be redone at the end of the third playthough(via mission select), and most of them can be found on the second again.
