Help with Lunar Tear achievement

I know that the achievement is achieved after finishing the mission with Emil, what happens is that that mission was active while towards the end A, I am currently at the end C and I can not finish or start the mission, have I already lost the achievement? or can it still be achieved?

Emil's Memories(the quest that leads to this achievement) can only be done in route A or B.
Once you'll have unlocked ending C or D, you'll also unlock chapter select, with which you'll be able to go back to any chapter and complete this quest(I'd suggest ch 7).
Mind that once the quest has been started, it has to be completed without using chapter select in the middle of it, if you do so, the quest will reset and has to be started again.

Hello, I already unlocked the chapter selector and chose ch7 as you said but the mission is not activated ...
I'm going to the flower that is in the mall and I can't do anything

Have you talked to Emil around the City Ruins-Desert Zone boundary? He has to ask you about his home before you can do anything with the flower.
Also, be sure NOT to start the next main quest (Assault) from Anemone. You really have a small window to be able to do Emil's quest

Go to chapter 7-01, report to Pascal about A2, then go to the city ruins towards the desert zone(on your way there Operator 6O should call you and tell you about the Lunar Tear), there you'll find Emil roaming around, shoot him to stop him and talk to him, after that the quest at the lunar tear in the shopping center will be available.
