Because I already finished the game, I have over 100 hours, with Far.
Without Far it's just almost the same experience for me.
It all depends by nvidia drivers......
Neither you.
Mine is not a question, but a notice. I can install Far in any moment. But I hate this way to fix the problem since the nvidia driver is the real culprit.
The result is that, figuratively, you're the only one with this issue(other hypothetical users complaining about this will prove me wrong of course), so there's no way for what you wish to happen.
So, while wating for the new updated driver version hoping the issues will be fixed in it, the only practical, while not optimal, solutions to your issue are to either revert back to the previous driver version, or use FAR.
tl;dr
your issue is so isolated and on a bad optimized game that there is no way nvidia will address it and do what you hope for, so either use FAR or revert to the old driver, or keep the issue.
I'll keep the issue, I'm just trying various drivers, and I hope someday they will release a good driver for this game, or Square Enix will fix everything before the release of the new NieR:Replicant remake/remaster.
It's not only a question of bad optimized game, but it's also a driver problem.
It's so strange, a GTX 1060 runs worst than an R9 380...
Using Far is pointless now, I already wrote it in the first post.
Again, I already 100% this game with Far installed. No need to play with rock solid 60 fps now.
Just testing.
I want to delete this topic, people here don't understand english.
Next time I will write in Japanese.
Roll back your drivers and/or wait for a hotfix that actually addresses issues.

You can see plenty of complaints about the recent driver there. Doesn't look like 445.78 has fixed things.
Best answare so far, thank you!
I'm awaiting for a driver with the best performance for DX11 games like this one.
399 is the best for Pascal, but don't have the new features like sharpening and raytracing.
Welcome to why I don't like Game-Ready Driver releases.
