Why doesn't Steam have the "Become as Gods" Edition?

The Xbone has this edition available, why not the superior platform?

The "BECOME AS GODS Edition" was only for the Xbox One release.

Technically if you were to purchase both the game itself along with the DLC (on Steam or PS4). You would basically own the same edition the Xbox One has. That's just how it was advertised.

You're mostly right. Even with the DLC the "Become as Gods" Edition also has this that the DLC doesn't have (taken from the official web site):

All of those accessories and skin DLCs were a pre-order bonus for Steam. I believe PS4 got most of the same items and two extra items that aren't available in the Steam release. The Become As Gods Edition basically combines the game's main DLC and the pre-order bonuses (excluding the two items PS4 users got) for the Xbox One release.

These were included in steam version as either pre-purchase content, or 1 day/limited time content, along with a steam accessory (a valve...) - they were available for limited time only on steam. I can't say I've ever equiped them.

Maybe there will be a complete edition on Steam. Who can say?

It's not really a big deal. The dlc in this game just feels like some added bonuses rather than finishing an incomplete game.

That wasn't what I meant.

I'm upset (not really) because after explaining the Become As Gods Edition and how it's just the pre-order bonuses (excluding the Valve Accessory Pack and PS4 items) along with the game's main DLC. And then the Game of the YoRHa Edition gets announced. It basically got leaked saying: "Hey, ♥♥♥♥ your explanation. Here's a GOTY Edition for both PC
and PS4."

I'm really not upset. I'm more of just like: "Wow, that happened."

I do hope the original owners get access to this, though. If not, then rip.
