Machine Examination 1 - Bugged?

literally went to get the part, got it, now I cannot even interact with the goliath
is this bugged?
I am 9S, I have the part, and there is no Interaction Prompt, as well as no Mission Promt except on the map. Did I do something wrong? is my game bugged?

Are you sure you don't have agro from any enemy? Because you won't be able to talk with him when that happens.
Moreover, you can only talk to him on a specific spot, above the debris in front of him.

First Off, no, No enemies were near me. I killed them all first. As I have beat this game before, that is why I was asking if I was Bugged.
Moreover, that last info is something I already know. But I fixed it.
I had to close out my game and when I loaded it later it worked fine.
