How to fight Emil at the desert?

Emil's determination...how to unlock it?

Get all wapons (yes - ALL) to level 4 then steal stuff in his house. You access it by a sewer pipe.

Fight Emil for the first time then talk to him at the shopping mall. Go to the desert.

Yes and also the last weapon only comes after the first Emil fight.

If you have trouble finding them all just use Youtube guides.

ALL! You can't be serious!

It does take a little while, but with a weapons guide, you should be able to cut down on the time spent finding all weapons and leveling them up to max.

Look on the bright side though, at least you don't have to find all the weapons and level them all up to max *just* to see the end of the game, like you did with the original NieR and Drakengard :P

That's pretty messed up indeed! lol..perhaps this could be better!

Ok so quick tip so you dont miss the missable ending. Its a bit spoilery though.
when the battle starts against Emil a short timer will start, he will explode if you dont do anything. LET HIM EXPLODE. That way you get the missable ending. After that just redo that boss, prevent the explosion and defeat him.

you guys have heard of such things as trainers right? no reason to grind for anything. i finished route c then maxed everything out to speed through the rest

You need ALL weapons fully upgraded. The last one comes from beating Emil in the Underground Caves network.

Then head to the Shopping-Mall. Emil will show up. Talk to him, then head to the desert's emil-heads to start the fight.
