I've maxed everything and using FAR mod but still somehow doesnt look as good as in pictures.

Keep anti-aliasing off, as it conflicts with ambient occlusion and causes a lot of low-res texture pop-in issues. FAR has its own version of AA, anyways, so you don't need the in-game version.

I agree, switch off MSAA. It looks fine, but Ambient Occlusion setting also comes with SMAA, which collides with MSAA as lessthanoff said. In case of doubt I'd prefer AO setting over MSAA just because of, well, ambient occlusion.

If you use FAR, I highly recommend its Bloom effect as well as its Ambient Occlusion. Both have minor performance impact but improve visuals by a huge amount.

GPUnity's HD texture pack is also a nice addition, but doesn't bring a major change to game's graphics. Still, it provides some more detail here and there, again at a low performance cost.

don't use any texture mods if you can help it. even with an ssd, it strains the engine more and causes sharper fps drops when running through areas.

Yeah, this is true. There is definitely an increase in stuttering in specific areas.

Thats because the game downscales your resolution like when u use 1080p the game is making 900p out of it, the only to way to solve this is going in window mode.
