Did flooded city quest and now 3 quests I had are gone

So I like completing all quests and I did the flooded city quest and it removed the last 3 quests I had to do, they were The Wandering couple which I couldnt find them in the flooded city, Emile's Memories which I also couldn't find in the Flooded City and Lord of the Valley which required me to kill a level 50 goliath and just couldnt do it. Have I ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up or can I do these missions again in the future? oh yeah as well as not beating father servo when he was level 45

Yeah if i remember correctly thankfully none of these are specific 2B missions. You'll be able to do them again on the 2nd playthrough and should be strong enough by then to fight anyone along with a couple new missions. Beware though you wont be able to do any of these missions anymore by the third time because well....you'll see later

You can try those quests again in your second playthrough. Just don't trip the Flooded City Main quest until you finish those side quests.

Don't worry and keep playing. All the unfinished quests will reappear later on, after ending A. Some of the quests are actually almost impossible to complete as 2B and are desighted for later (hence the difficulty spikes in some, father Servo is an example here).

You can do the quests during Route B, and at worse, you unlock a chapter select after Route C.
