What should I NOT sell?

From what I have read so far. People say to hold onto the Desert Rose. 1 x Boar Meat and 1 x Moose Meat. Is there anything else?

just sell things it says something like : "could be selled". You will have enough cash for anything...

You will end up picking up mass duplicates of plug-in chips. Sell those.

sell plug-in chips which take a lot of points to plug-in and keep only the cheap versions and you can easily sell materials, if you already found dozens of them.

If you go over 40-50 material items, like copper ore, I think it's safe to sell the excess, since they cap at 99 anyways. Don't sell rarer materials though. The money isn't worth it. Machine cores are okay to sell, since they're only there for the purposes of making money, but it's generally better to wait to do so until later routes, since their value will more than double. Only sell plug-in chips you're not going to use. Never sell items like mushrooms, natural rubber, pure water, etc. as they are hard to come by, and you need a lot to upgrade your pods.

Thanks! I don't understand this different routes thing? When I load up my save it says "Ending W" I think? I don't know what that means either. I will google search this sometime in the near future.

There are new game+ where you will play different characters, unlocking differnt endings.

Route A is the first half of the game as 2B. (leads to ending A)
Route B is the first half of the game as 9S. (leads to ending B)
Route C is the second half of the game, and it switches between 2B, 9S and A2 . (leads to endings C, D, E)

Endings F-Z are all joke endings, which are scattered throughout the game.

I wouldn't consider it NG+ in the pure sense. The entire game story is segmented across three chapters/arcs/episodes: each leading to their respective endings A, B, and C/D. After that is a mini sequence to reading ending E, the ultimate end of the story.
