locked doors
there are a lot of doors that have a red light and i cant open them, do i need some item to open them or at a certain point in the story do they open?

Most of them will open during story progression, a few will open during side-quests.

Which doors specifically? Defeat all enemies in the area, take a screenshot, have no clue which doors you're at, if we know it would help tons.

im currently trying to do the quest about going to the 3 locations on pictures and there is a locked door in the mall looking place

You'll have to progress to the main quest to access that area. Have you talked to the commander and then to pascal?
