How to get Emil on resistance camp WITH crafting materials?

So I really don't know how to make him sell the materials like pristine screw, sturdy socket etc.

I basically travel back and forth, commercial facility to near towter until he appears near reisstance camp, but he ALWAYS sells bloody mods.

Some advice? Please only proven and tested methods not speculation, tyyy

No it's not RNG, I just got it, you have to make him land in a specific spot

There is a very specific place to get what you want. You need to shoot him right when he arrives at the door of the resistance camp, and he will land left from the entrance of the camp

There you should be able to get what you need and be in your way.

I've done that exacly that

I have a tendency to play a game and restart it from scratch for no reason other than to play it over again. I did this a few times on Route A with 2B right up until the point where you first meet Emil when coming back from the Desert Apartments. On two occasions on that first meeting i didnt buy anything and later in the game when i would run into him in front of the resistance camp i would stop him but he didnt have anything for sale but crap. Then this other playthrough i ran into him when coming back from the Desert Apartments and i bought a chip i think it was. Then later on when i ran into him again at the Resistance camp and stopped him i saw that had the fist weapons i had been trying to get.

I dont know if it was just a different roll of RNG on that last one. I think that i tested it one more time on a new playthrough and just to be safe i bought a few things from him when i first met him and again later in the game he was selling the fist weapons and high end stuff and not just crap. It might be nothing and those different things that i did on my first meeting with him didnt really affect his selection later on. I just dont want you starting a new game from scratch, try to copy what i did and then getting to him later on at the resistance camp and still not have anything good from Emil.
