25-30 FPS with Fx8350 and Gtx 1060 3Gb

I only get 25-30 fps everywhere in the game.
When i start it i get constant 30 fps after some while it starts stuttering and fps drops to ~25
I have far mod installed but it dosent fix this problem
any idead? :c

If you are using Anti Aliasing, disable it completely, use SSAO instead, it also enables smaa.
consider lowering shadows and effects to medium, and use FAR to lower the Global Illumination quality.

Well it is wierd, with these setting you should have 50-60fps in 1080p, maybe try to lower more settings?

I assume you are not bottlenecked by your gpu?

You should get better performance. I am on a AMD FX 4350 + GTX 970 , so both slightly weaker then your setup but i get around 55-60 FPS everywhere, even with AA on 2x.
Using FAR but only changed Global Illumination to 32.

It could be drivers or that the cpu is too weak for the 1060.i have an I5-3330 with a 1060 3gb and it runs at 60 to maybe even 70 in some places

It may be trying to use your on-board graphics, try setting it up individually in the nvidia control panel to use your card

That's weird, my 1070 is getting 60fps everywhere, with no issues so far. I'm only in the beginning area though.

Set CPU to high performens and set GPU to perfar max performens.

That's strange. I have GTX1060 3 GB and I played with full 1080p with 50-60 FPS from start to finish. No crash, no glitches, smooth as butter. Can you list your full PC specs?

Have you tried FAR mod? I used it to tune down the Global Illumination settings to High (than Ultra which is the default). It maybe helps in performance, although I never compared it myself with FAR mod on and off.

I run this on a Core2Quad with a GTX 670 and use the FAR mod with Global Illumination to Medium. Constant, butter smooth frame rate at 1080p even with AA at x2. Only the cut scenes are a little stuttery, but that is also a known issue, and the videos can be rendered down a little using 'vidsquish' if desired.

My guess is it is a RAM issue. The game wants 8gb, and Windows like to have 1.5gb for itself. How much do you have?
