How to get 95% enemy intel?

To finish the quest with 4S? I´m stuck at 91% after doing every sidequest and yes, killing the bunny and the super dino bot :/

You have to visit all the areas (multiple times) just to get those rare types to randomly spawn.

Certain machines doesn't appear if you have DLC enabled.It's better to remove it if possible

I believe it is. I now have the "glorious" goal of finishing the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ rank 99 colosseums... ♥♥♥♥ this

I think the problem is that I don´t have the shades in the encyclopedia part.

Are you able to toggle dlc on and off or something? I just bought the dlc and I'm planning on playing through it again second playthrough to actually unlock stuff and not sacrifice the save, and this is kinda worrying me.

Didn´t beat him but only one entry won´t make it past 93% I guess.

John: it´s a minor quest, even if it gets annoying to beat, it doesn´t break anything. If you want to be 100% safe then finish the quest then buy the DLC, which is great.

yeah man you can turn DLC on and off from steam. Don't worry about it I had the DLC on my 2nd playthrough as well and kept it on till i finished the game. I'm just going back to finish 100% of the game and obtain ending Y. You got nothing to lose man!!

Where did you read that?

I got 95% on the machine Intel with the DLC installed. Didn't bother going above that as the requirement for the side quest 'Reconnaissance Squad' was met.

If I'm not mistaken, all the units are unlocked only after completing route C. The enhanced variants are unlocked post route C/D completion.
