Access Points in the factory

I've unlocked chapter select and I'm trying to explore the factory again. I unlocked a couple of Access Points down there but they are all unavailable once I complete the chapter. Is there any way to get back down there besides walking all the way?

Try choosing a later chapter.

I did, but the later chapters still show them as disabled due to interference or something like that. It was like that up until the end of the game.

They reset everytime you select a new chapter. I only managed to keep them unlocked during my route C playthrough.
