making a saving data for ending E

is it simply making a copy of "save data 1,2,3" in "nier automata file" in "Document" in your computer? and put them in USB then pasting them to nier automata file after deleting all data..?

You don't need to delete your save for ending E. If however you want to delete it to send your data (and help people during the credits mini game) at the end of ending E, then you need to backup everything in the save folder. And you restore it after.

i wanted the title screen given for deleting data haha

Ah, I didn't realize there was yet another title screen for deleting your save. It appears this is saved to SystemData.dat, so restore everything except that.

F-ing Xbox Game Pass version, man!! Documents\My Games\NieR_Automata_PC only has 3 files - GameData.dat, Graphic.ini, SystemData.dat. so, I had backed them up. Only later I found out that that's not enough. And now I've lost everything.
