where is elaborate gadget item?

i need it to upgrade my pod, i saw diferents locations on tutorials but the items have changed places

One possible spawn place is after finishing the machine kingdom castle story, an item spawns at the king's throne place. You can save at the nearby transporter, run there, check, reload save if not the item you need, rinse and repeat. There's a chance for any of the three gadget type items to show up there.

i tried like 15 times and i get diferent items but not elaborate gadget
