Help finding Gestalt Report 1 2 3

The wikia says they are in the Abandoned Factory during 9S' hacking to help 2B escape on Route B. If i understood correctly this refers to the Prologue, i replayed it, hacked everything, and didnt'find those archives. Where are they?

It's not in the prologue. It's way later when you revisit the Abandoned factory with Pascal.

Are there all three of them in the hacking segments?
I have to get them tomorrow, but i hate the platforming with the robot.

All 3 are in the same hacking segment you have to do as part of the story. I didn't miss them on my first play-through as 9S because I explored all paths.
