[3RD PLAYTHROUGH QUESTION !!!SPOILER!!!] Does it matter who i choose?

I'm currently in my 3rd Playthrough.
From Time to time I have the option to choose one character (A2 / 9S)

Does it matter who I choose and how often? I mean can i choose a2 for example 10 times and 9s - 0 times?
Does it matter? Or not?

You're just choosing which order to do the Chapters. If you finish one characters chapters before the others, you'll simply have to finish the other characters chapters before moving on.

So no, doesn't matter.
