Spoilers - Question Regarding Repeat Playthroughs - Spoilers

Man, it's hard to ask questions without risking spoiling it for other people! Haha

If you have not beaten the game, turn back now. For real. Okay.

So I started my 2nd run today. I went ahead and farmed all the items to level the weapons and chips so I don't have to do it much during the next few playthroughs.

What happens after the 5th playthrough? 1. 2B 2. 9S 3. I have no idea 4. ??? 5 ????

Does it just repeat? Or does it officially end with E ending? Because I want to play around and see if I can get some of the other random endings which I would want to stick to the same save file.

There is no 5th playthrough. The game structure is as follows:

1st playthrough (A) > 2nd playthrough (B) > New content > Ending C or D > Chapter Select > Go back to the part where you had to choose C or D and choose the other you didn't see > Ending E

Endings A, B, C, D, and E are the main story endings. The rest are joke endings.

You'll know when you hit ending E. It ends pretty conclusively. There is a chapter select after ending C. To get to D and E you do not have to replay the entire game, just the part in the last level where you have to choose a side.

1 and 2 are the same story pretty much but you switch companions, 3 is completely different and 4 isn't really 4 as much as it is just repeating the very last mission and making different choices. E ending is the end, they make it really obvious that it's meant to be
