How to get there? [City Ruins Side-Quest]

I can't get on this roof (links are below)

It's too high, and I can'treach it with long jump (even with RT).
So... is there any trick?

Oh, and yes, there will be strange "wise robots", standing randomly and staring into nowhere, ignoring the characters at all. What are they?

Hack a flying robot and fly there. You can loot with remote controlled robots.

Also when flying, you need to quickly tap the jump button to make it all the way there. If you keep it pressed in you wont make it that far.

You have
2x jumps
1x Jump+Shoot (the attack where you propel yourself forward using the pod's thrusters)
1x Air Dodge

After that you can use your light attack button to get more distance.

to clarify,
-Use both your jumps.
-Then press jump and shoot simultaneously
-Then press RT
- spam light attack (X button) if necessary

Let's assume that building with the quest is north. See the building due south of it? Get on top of that one and jump dash float over. There should be a broken down bus by the south building that you can use to get on top. Do a running jump, double jump, air dash, glide/float, then a light attack to get bit more height.

Hack the three wise robots, to see what they are thinking. They are just npc dialogs.

That's where great master Servo is. Use the building south of your target.
Double jump, a couple of hits with the light sword, slide.

this without the shoot, they grab ledges

Something else I found out 50 hours into the game - RB + A and the pod launches you towards an enemy, when there's no enemy it propels you forward. Pretty useful for covering long jumps, in combat too.
