how to start two side quests on factory?

So i'm currently on missile supply missions(did not enter flooded city yet) and decided to complete some sidequests. There are two marks for side quests in factory but i can't actually find them. I've already retreived my sword from prolouge and completed quest on A11(or something like that) body. So what are those two and how do i start it?

It's not quests, you can't access them for now, it's later in the game, you can't miss them don't worry.

Those aren't side quest, they're Save Points in an area you can't get to yet.

I hated those things. Took me hours to figure out I just couldn't get to them. The map really shouldn't show stuff that's 100% inaccessible.
