Where to go after ending E?

Hi everyone, so I just finished the game today, got the E ending, and I now have access to either chapter selection or starting a new game (looks like NG+?).
What should I do if I want to keep playing and completing the remaining sidequests (I did 51/60 of them) and all that? Do I have to start a NG+? Do I have to reload a specific chapter?
I'm a bit confused, because if I reload a chapter, how do the saves work, do I keep everything across all chapters? I don't really know what is the best way to do all the endgame stuff now.

yes you can simply select chapter and do missions / collect items and it will be saved across all chapters. though if you start a mission, you have to finish it before changing the chapter or you will have to restart the mission.

I usually restart from after the forest kingdom chapter where you have to report to pascal. from here I can finish the rest of my side quests. though on some quest you have to start from route C

Ok, thank you for the answer, so if I reload for example chapter 7, and do things here, this will also be saved on chapters 8 and forward right? So I guess I just have to find the best chapters for the remaining stuff I have to do, thanks

You basically carry your save at all times when you play a chapter from chapter select, you'll retain everything(level, chips, weapons, consumables - everything) and start playing at the beginning of the chapter you picked.

Save and repeat. Theres various big bosses all over the map so maybe you'd want to hunt them too.

You mean the golden ennemies? I killed the tank and the little one in the desert during A route, I also encountered the 2 big ones in the city ruins during route B but they were a little too hard for me at that moment :p

So far I've fought some t-rex looking machine in the forest, the amusement park bunny, some judo bot called father servo, and i remember theres also 1 golden stubby at the flooded city I cant recall which chapters they appear tho.

I'm finding it a bit confusing to traverse through chapters. The data gives me some pointers, but still it's a chore to have to switch chapters to access certain missions or certain enemies. And fro the most part guess what I'm looking for. BUT it's better than nothing. :)

Oh yeah I killed the T-rex in the forest (I alsot got one shot by his fire throwing attack in Hard difficulty the first time I tried to fight him) and all levels of father servo, never met any bunny though

It will probably work in any chapter like most sidequest and progress will be kept across chapters

This would make sense since you'll probably be able to play DLC with any of the main characters (2B, 9S, A2) so there isnt a single chapter that would do the trick.

Pick a chapter based on the character you wanna play :)

This is what will make me decide if I get the dlc or not : The playable characters.
I want to play with A2, only A2, so if the whole dlc isn't playable as A2, I won't get it.
I hated playing with 9S, you play the whole second run with him, most of the 3rd run with him too and more than 50% of the sidequests are exclusive to him, they really forced us to play with him way too much, especially since he is the character with the worst gameplay.
A2 is my favorite character and she has the best gameplay (that berserk mode with regeneration chips <3 ), so I'll get the dlc only if it's fully beatable with A2.
