[Spoilers] Trophies?
Has anyone found this room before? Are all the trophies the same color in your game as well? Curious to know if there might be some easter egg in this room. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=891634615

The easter egg is that the whole library is from the first NieR. In the exact same room in the first NieR there were trophies as well but they were trophies of the bosses in that game.

no screenshot but all those trophies in the pics you ptovided are what I have already seen in my playthough.

Well, that's clever of them to do so. It went over my head as I have never played NieR, just seen videos of the story before starting Automata.
