Help with Find a Present Side Quest

I didn't do this side quest in route A, so I'm doing this quest after completing the game and going through endings A-E.
I returend to the City Ruins after finishing the Report on A2 mainquest, and I received the Terminal Repairs sidequest from Operator 6O. I completed it. I got her reward mail. So where's my email that will allow me to trigger the Find a Present side quest?? Will it trigger after I wait a certain amount of time?

What a coincidence my brother was doing the same thing just now.
He was doing other sidequests while waiting awhile for it to trigger but it looks like you'll get a message from her if you just go to the resistance camp.

It triggered for me after 3 terminal repairs.
