Basically, the type of AA that the game uses doesn't work very nicely with Ambient Occlusion. If the pop-in really bothers you, turn one or the other off. That should fix it.
That's a bit disingenuous. There are games in between Just Cause 3 and arena shooters.
Turning off the in-game AA (MSAA) reduces the pop-in effect considerably. It is an issue where objects will not fade into view correctly with MSAA enabled and will just pop-in instead.
Definitely not enough to stop you playing this game don't worry.
EASILY verified by changing any of these things and walking back and forth. The pop happens at the exact same distance regardless of settings.
Ignore literally everything you read about this here or anywhere else, test it for yourself, see that you can't change it, and either decide to play with these Black Desert Online levels of annoying pop-in or don't continue playing. It only gets (significantly) worse!
